Dr. David Vivas
Dr. David Vivas has a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, with an Extraordinary Bachelor's Award, and a Doctor of Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid, with a qualification of "Outstanding Cum Laude".
He completed the specialty of Cardiology via MIR at the San Carlos Clinical Hospital in Madrid and completed a fellowship in Atherothrombosis and Platelet Function at the University of Jacksonville, Florida, United States.
He has been coordinator of the Cardiovascular Thrombosis Group of the Spanish Society of Cardiology between 2020 and 2022, and president of the Clinical Cardiology Association of the Spanish Society of Cardiology for the period 2022-2026.
His scientific activity includes more than 150 scientific articles and more than 200 presentations at national and international conferences.
